Changhua County is in the mid-western part of Taiwan with Bagua Mountains that forms the border between Changhua and Nantou Counties. Beautiful sceneries of hills, water and plains can be seen throughout the county. Bagua Mountain with the Great Buddha is the attraction not to be missed.

Lugang has a long history with interesting historical buildings and Changhua plain is flat and with fertile soil, rich agricultural productions as well as flowers. The plain is known as "Barn of Taiwan" and "City of Flower".

Don Luo Xi Bicyle Corridor has total length of 14 miles from Xi Cho Da Chung Bridge the last stop, Fu Bao wetlands via Er Sui bicycle road, Tien-Wei highway flower garden, Xi Hu Sugar Factory and Yen Pu community.

Tien-Wei Highway Flower Garden Bikeway : when visitors get into the flower area, they will be treated with snack, coffee and herbal tea from the garden. There are some education programs for adults and children such as planting, stone engraving, and combination arts.

Xi Hu Sugar Factory Tourism Train is one of the earliest in Taiwan to obtain operation permit. Nowadays, "taking sugar factory train; eating sugar ice stick; visit sugar factory", has become popular. During the Japanese time, sugar cane used to be very important to the economy. However, the economy has changed and Taiwan Sugar Factory has turned into a tourism attraction and takes advantage of history, production equipment and the train.

Puyen Bikeway is a green township growing the highest ranking rice in Taiwan and is known as "Glutinous Rice Village" which is not only a leisure place but also tourism service center offering bicycle rental.
