Hakka Tung Blossom Festival

The Hakka Tung Blossom Festival is one of Taiwan's most renowned floral festivals, famous for its picturesque sceneries of Tung flower blossoms and romance. Tung trees are deciduous trees growing to a height of up to 20 meters with white flowers. After falling from the tree the flowers cover the ground to display a beautiful "carpet" of flowers.

The Blossom Festival will continue until May and can be seen Hsinhu, Hualien, Keelung, Miaoli, Taipei, Taichung, Yilan, Yunlin as well as Changhua County.
