Window on China, is a theme park outside the city of Taipei, in Taoyuan County, Longtan Township, Gaoyuan Village, Heng-kang-Hsia, #60-2 Tel: 03-471-7211 Open weekdays 9.00am – 5.00pm, holidays 9.00am – 6.00pm Tickets: NT$ 290 – 499 Have the tallest flume ride in Asia. In addition, there are many different rides in the amusement park. 'the Mini Kingdom' There are also excellent Taiwanese folk and acrobatic performances.
LeoFoo Village Theme Park, is a theme park outside the city of Taipei, in Hsinchu County, Guansi Township, Gongzigou, #60 Tel: 03-547-5665 Open weekdays 9.00am – 6.00pm, holidays 9.00am – 8.00pm. Tickets: children under 100 cm free – NT$ 890 Have three roller coasters and themed areas incl. Arabian Kingdom, African Safari, South Pacific and Wild West.
Juming Museum Add: Chin-shan Township, She-shi-hu, #2 Tel: 2498 – 9940 Open Tue-Sun 10.00am – 5.00pm Monday closed.Tickets: children under 110 cm free – NT$ 250 Is an outdoor museum with very nice walking paths around these enormous sculptures. Special activities for children in designated area.
Museum of World Religions Add: Yonghe City, Zhongshan Rd. Sec 1, #236, 7F Tel: 8231-6118 Open Tue-Sat 10.00 am -5.00 pm, Monday closed. Tickets Permanent Exhibition + Kids' Land $ 150-200 Have a nice special section for children Kids' Land like a jungle path filled with all kind of animals and more. (There is a vegetarian restaurant on the 7th floor and a café on the 6th floor.)
